Dark Sword Miniatures eNewsletter – New Greens Posted up
Well, it is official, fall is coming to an end here in MN as there were snow flurries throughout the day – nothing stuck to the ground, but it was indeed cold here. Ahhh the joys….I hope is gets warmer as Halloween approaches so the little kiddies have prime weather for making the rounds.
I spent a number of hours updating the Dark Sword site today.
- Four new Visions in Fantasy Greens from Mr. Jeff Grace are now posted up for your viewing pleasure.

2. A Female Ranger with Falcon to go along with the Male Ranger he sculpted up earlier in the year

1. Alfyn Crowkiller – Wildling Captain/Raider
- Numerous new painted minis from top painters around the world are posted up in various mini galleries throughout the site. Be sure to check out Jen Haley and Jeremie versions of the Parkinson DSM2103 – Demorgan mini. Also be sure to check out some cool paintjobs from Viking Lodge (DSM7208 and DSM7206) and Cersei from Susan Wachowski.
For those of you who have not been out to our site as of late – we have Wave 1.5 of the George R.R. Martin Masterworks line (all 10 minis) ready for shipping out to you. We also have the 54mm Version of Daenerys in stock and shipping out as well. If you order up a complete set, I include free Dark Sword swag for each complete set you order up. There are full painted pics of almost the entire wave as well. Marike painted up the 28mm version of Daenerys and Anne Foerster is working on the 54mm version. I will post up pics once I get them taken.
Other updates -
1. Tom Meier is very busy working on the Foxx Miniatures WWII line (which is going to be out of control cool by the way). He has a couple GRRM figs he has been working on over the year in partial stages of completion (The Mountain is one of them). I will keep you posted with pics of the greens when he finishes them off. After he knocks them out – I am hoping he can tackle Tyrion next as his limited free time permits.
2. Dave Summers has had a GRRM Dire Wolf Diorama on his plate for a number of weeks now. It will be from Chapter 1 of the first book when they come upon the puppies and their dead mother with the Antler death wound. It will be very cool. He will then launch into all of the adult Dire Wolves.
3. Jeff Grace is working on a very cool Visions in Fantasy piece right now.
4. After Jeff finishes up the VIF piece above, he is tackling Mance Rayder and Rattleshirt next to round out the Wildlings.
5. I received our Gen Con mini pics a few weeks back so I will work on pulling together a fun Gen Con Recap page on the site with pics of the painters/sculptors I got the chance to talk with/hang out with along with mini pics of course.
