Stronghold Miniatures suspends resin manufacturing

Stronghold Miniatures has announced that they are suspending all resin manufacturing:

Many of you may know that we moved from Scotland to live with my father-in-law at his request. The last few months have been somewhat tumultuous, and this resulted in my father-in-law admitted to hospital against his consent.

Whilst in hospital, however, he got a return visit from the local council’s housing officers and they have imposed a Prohibition Order on the house because he was unwilling to remedy some of the remedial work that they identified (he had resisted our attempts to do this work by using a solicitor).

Consequently we are all “homeless” without a rapid solution in sight. I think the easiest thing to do is to suspend all resin manufacture and at least in the short term I’ll only be able to fulfill orders for the new metal stuff and TQD Castings.

Fortunately I’m not currently under close scrutiny by the NHS at the moment….that is next week…so I don’t know if the extra stress has affected my overall medical condition. Internet access is somewhat restricted at the moment but we may have a secure and reliable answer shortly

Fortunately we have no shows until Crisis in November.
