The 2008 Anthology of Roleplaying Game Blogs
The Core Mechanic recently announced a new project aimed at bridging the gap between the RPG blogging community and the table-top RPG gaming community at large. The new project, titled “Open Game Table: The 2008 Anthology of Roleplaying Game Blogs”, will showcase the most talented writers presenting their best material. This ambitious project will culminate in a published anthology available early next year to be sold online and at your friendly local gaming stores everywhere.

The goal of the The 2008 Roleplaying Game Blog Anthology is to bridge the gap between the RPG Blogging community and the RPG gaming community at large. The organizers of the anthology are looking to include a wide range of subjects including original content, GM advice, player advice, opinion pieces, house rules, campaign settings, adventure hooks, encounter settings, original fiction, and others content.The deadline for submitting RPG blog posts to the OPEN GAME TABLE anthology is December 1st, 2008. You can nominate as many RPG blog posts as you wish, written by you or by anyone else.
A note to the RPG blog authors: Under no circumstances will any post that is submitted to this anthology be published without your explicit consent. This form is solely for the purposes of collecting the best writing in RPG blogging for review and consideration. Once the submission deadline closes on December 1st, blog authors will be contacted about permissions and release of their material.
