Bards and Sages Quarterly

Bards and Sages announces the launch of the Bards and Sages Quarterly, a new journal of speculative art and fiction. The first issue is due out January 2009. Complete submission guidelines are available on the website.

The journal will be sold in PDF, Mobipocket Reader, and print format.
