Dwarven Forge is very proud to announce that pre-orders will start for its last Limited Edition set – the Realm of the Ancients Set – on Monday, Dec. 1st. This set has been in development for many months, and the result is our finest set yet!
The Realm of the Ancients Set is a great addition to any gamer’s collection as it evokes a long-forgotten dungeon environment that all gamers love. Only 1,500 of these sets will be produced – and then they are gone forever. Each set will come complete with a signed and numbered Certificate of Authenticity – which will be distributed in the order the pre-orders are received.
The RotA Set is an incredibly detailed work of art that is also a leap forward in functionality. Gone are the large standard passage pieces, and in their place are an innovative 4” x 4” Intersection piece with FOUR sliding wall inserts – and a Short Passage piece. Multiples of these two pieces can be combined to form any passageway or intersection needed – and the 4” x 4” Intersection can also be used as part of a room! Not only is this set beautiful, but it is also very smartly designed.
The Room pieces are also very well done! There are SEVEN different wall and floor piece designs included to make your cool set-ups. There are multiple designs of the classic Straight Wall, Corner Wall and Floor pieces, and one Straight Wall piece even has a small opening for many interesting adventuring scenarios.
