Figures in Comfort news
Julian from Figures in Comfort reports:
Well, after an exceptional 2008, we came to a few conclusions:
- I could not run the company on my own anymore (due to demand and my health)
- The warehouse we had was not big enough
- Our stock levels needed to rise to meet demand quicker
- Our Customer Service could do with a tweak
To that end we have:
- taken someone on to help me
- moved to a larger store over Christmas
- Put in larger orders of goods (although this will take a few weeks to filter in)
- Improve our customer service by:
- When orders come in, contact customers within 24hrs with an expected delivery time
- When packed and ready to be dispatched, email the postage ref number out for ease of tracking
- All orders sent via Royal mail will be recorded delivery
- Try and email people back within 24hrs
With all these changes, we think that our customer service will match the quality of our cases and trays.
