New Arkham Horror League Scenario Posted

The adventures of Calvin Wright continue in Arkham Horror League Scenario #4. This time, a sinister cold has settled on Arkham. The investigators’ blood will freeze in their veins and their frosted weapons will become heavy in their hands. Strong hearts will be required to best the creeping horror of this scenario as our story continues…

UFS 3rd Anniversary Event: Constructed Tournament

The second tournament of our UFS 3rd Anniversary Event, the Constructed Deck Tournament, is THIS WEEKEND: March 27th – 29th! Step into the ring with your newfound skills in deck-building and wicked beatdowns! Join us and celebrate the premier fighting game CCG featuring characters from the hottest console games: Darkstalkers, King of Fighters, Soul Calibur III, Street Figher, and Samurai Shodown. Your favorite fighting game characters get to meet in the Arena of Champions and battle for total supremacy!

The Constructed Deck Tournament will feature UFS Set 8: Street Fighter and Samurai Shodown and King of Fighters. Test your skills against other players in this exciting event!

UFS Set 12 Pre-release Event!

UFS‘s triumphant 3rd Anniversary culminates in the release of Set 12 featuring the long-awaited original IP ShadoWar and the brand-new license, Soul Calibur IV! To celebrate, select retailers are offering to host a Set 12 Pre-release Event the week of April 8th-12th, 2009. Those retailers hosting Pre-release Events will have terrific prizes to give out including the promo cards “Summoning Evil” (Soul Calibur IV), “Standoff” (ShadoWar) and, while supplies last, ShadoWar playmats!

To find a store that is participating in our Set 12 Pre-release Event, head to our Organized Play page and search for “Set 12 Pre-release”. Most of the stores that hosted our UFS 3rd Anniversary Events also signed up for the Prerelease and you can find the complete list of those stores on our 3rd Anniversary Event Page.

Don’t worry: even if your store is not hosting a Set 12 Pre-release Event, Set 12 will still be available everywhere the following week!
