Howdy folks! We have a winner for the The ICE temple contest. We only received 4 entries, but each map is stunningly executed in loving detail making it difficult to choose between them. We hereby award the grand prize of a $75 to Michael K. Turney for his fantastic Sargoseum map. Our runner ups Scott Weyers, Craig John, and Jonathon Roberts will each receive a $35 gift certificate. I would like to thank to thank them for taking the time and trouble to create these beautiful, detailed maps, which should inspire many fun adventures. Just looking at these maps makes me want to get a group together and play. I must confess to some relief that maps like this weren’t available when I was gaming in college. If they had been, my GPA would have been considerably lower. |

Winner ListThe maps may be downloaded from the ICE Website Hall of Fame (see below). |
Crypt ContestThe new destination for the map contest is crypts. The more macabre the better. So please don’t neglect those little decorative touches that would make Dracula and his minions feel welcome. The Stone of Seven SoulsThe Stone of Seven Souls a short ready to run adventure should be ready in a few days. The adventure can be easily adapted into most campaign settings, and is a great starter adventure. The Stone of Seven Souls is a RMC adventure for a group of 4-6 first to third level adventurers. The PCs set out to find out what happened to a missing archeological team and learn as much as they can about an ancient artifact supposed to be buried under the church. This one jumped in front of the HARP adventure called The Wedding at Axbridge, but that one should be out shortly as well. |
Operation Dry Dock II
http://shop.ironcrown.com/ Our next Silent Death project is a round of corrections on the ship sheets in Hangar 51. We will go through 3-4 rounds of corrections as there are a lot of them. People who ordered Hangar 51 off the new cart can download new versions automatically by accessing their account. People who ordered it from the old cart or from a re-seller need to contact us and we can make it accessible if they have an account on the new cart. After we have it banged into shape we will go to a physical book for Hangar 51 as well. All new ships from 2009 and prior that are not in the current version will be added in early 2010 and a new PDF and physical version will come available. The PDF will be free to previous purchaser’s but the physical book will have to be bought again. We have a few other projects back in the works for Silent Death as well, but will save those for future emails. |

ODDII is up for sale today as a PDF. The physical book will be started in about 10 days and will release in April. This has something for everyone with a nice selection of interesting ships from various houses including some long awaited designs for the Datasphere.
Customer’s suggested we add the bundles from the Oone Games site and since they make buying the maps easier and we have done so.
