VASSAL 3.1.0 Release

Now available for free download. Version 3.1.0 of VASSAL, the open source boardgame engine. This long-awaited release contains new features such as a module library manager, an ADC2 converter, improved memory management, improved zooming, as well as fixes implemented for more than 100 defects.
