Greetings one and all from the Black Library.
As you may have seen our website has had some problems this month. We would like to apologise for these problems and assure you that we are working to fix these problems as soon as possible, so please bear with us.
So on to the part I’m sure you’ve all been waiting for, you will all be delighted to hear that we have three books on pre order that fans have been eagerly waiting for ever since we announced them.
More secrets of a dark time come to light in Fallen Angels, the next novel in our best selling Horus Heresy series. Written by Mike Lee, author of the Nagash the Sorcerer from our awesome Time of Legends series, Fallen Angels continues the story of the Dark Angels from Descent of Angel. As the Heresy erupts and secrets and lies are discovered, the worst threat to the Dark Angels will come from with in.
Tying into this release is the Fallen Angels poster, which displays the full artwork in all its glory in fantastic A2 size. If you’ve missed the first posters in the Horus Heresy series never fear because after releasing the first poster bundle last month, this month we release the second poster bundle which contains the artwork for Flight of the Eisenstein, Fulgrim and Descent of Angels.
The second book on pre-order this month is Heart of Rage, our brand new audio book by James Swallow. This story is exclusively available as an audio book. It tells the story of a Blood Angels squad who discover that a recovery mission is anything but simple, as they are forced to board a Tyranid bio ship to rescue a lost scout team.
Finally and in no way least is Gotrek and Felix, the Third omnibus which not only has a introduction by Nathan Long, it also contains the short story Red Hands Daughter as well as the three great novels Giantslayer, Orcslayer and Manslayer.
In other news we have once again flung open our doors in a call for submissions for the forthcoming Fear the Alien Anthology. Visit the Fear The Alien section for all of the submission rules and regulations.
Richard Williams author of Reiksguard, the first novel in our Empire army series is still out and about doing as many signings as he can fit into one tour. Visit our events section news of where he will be signing next and visit his website for a report of the first part of his tour. A stirring tale of books, roller blades and Chaos Champions named Bob.
