Gary Hunt Miniatures Newsletter

Hi there, I haven’t sent out a group newsletter for quite a while now, so I thought I might let you know what i’ve been up to recently. I continue working on various films at Weta workshop, occasionally it slows down so I can find more time to sculpt my own miniatures ranges. www.garyhuntminiatures.com

Following the Historical 54mm release of The Duke of Wellington last year I have added another figure to the range, The Maharaja of Bundi, Rajasthan, India. An 8 piece kit, he is seated on an elegant carpet. The pewter kit is available on my website http://www.garyhuntminiatures.com/_historicalMenu.html

The UK stockist for the 54mm range is Bonapartes of Bath and the New Zealand stockists are Wargames Supply, Modelcrafts and Hobbies and the Weta Cave, Wellington. There are now 21 54mm Pewter kits available and I have begun work on more 54mm south American, Napoleonic and Indian figures.

The 28mm Sci-fi Fantasy range continues to grow, there are now 9 packs available and another 4 on the way, more Amazons, Zombies and Mercenaries

These will be available in the coming months on http://www.garyhuntminiatures.com/_amazons.html

You can view new sculpts and works in progress on my news page http://www.garyhuntminiatures.com/GarysNews.html . I have also set up a myspace page www.myspace.com/garyhuntportfolio that previews work in progress and allows for comments and discussions. I have also added some scenarios showing the 21st Century Amazons in action on the gaming table and written a brief history of the ’21st century Amazons’ world, flora and fauna to get your gaming juices flowing!

New Zealand stockists for these 28mm miniatures are Wargames Supply, Model crafts and Hobbies and the Weta Cave, Wellington NZ.

If you are interested in my other work I have added slideshow images to my portfolio page http://www.garyhuntminiatures.com/garyhunt.html ….

Thanks for your continuing support, All the best, Gary.
