ICE News May 14th, 2009
Our last newsletter was sent out on April 3rd. Since then a lot has happened, and we have a good bit of news to share with you.
Upcoming Products

We are just waiting on the final maps. We had a small delay on our end that slowed things down for the artist, but we are back on track now, and the module will be out this month. |
This module has just finished the editorial pass, and has been given to Sherry for page making. We should be able to release it towards the end of May or in early June. |
Crypt Contest
We have received 4 more entries since the beginning of April, giving us 5 entrants in total for this content. They are all fantastic looking maps and we would like to encourage you to take a look.
The Crypt Contest ends at midnight on May 15th (EST), so you have a little over 24 hours to get your final entries into us if you still want to enter.
Once the contest is over, ICE will announce the winner within 2 weeks time.
Other Contests
Don’t forget that we also have the Chimera Creature Contest and the Alien Life Contest still running. We are extending the deadlines for both of them to July 1st to give folks more time to enter.
Upcoming Event – Chat
Come chat with Iron Crown Enterprises (ICE). ICE has been asked to attend an Online Chat at RPGBomb – www.rpgbomb.com – for their monthly “Chat with a Designer” session on Tuesday, May 19th at 9 PM EST. Tim will definitely be there, and Bruce might even put in an appearance as well.
Happenings at ICE
We have a lot of important things going on right now.
Server Move - At some point in the near future (i.e. within a few weeks), ICE is going to be changing hosts. We are hoping that this will cut back on the amount of downtime that our website has been experiencing over the last few months. This will also allow us to try out a few things that we just didn’t have the disk space or bandwidth to try before.
We will send out a notification the day before we do the actual move.
Cyradon Wiki - One of the things that we will be implementing within a few weeks of the Server Move is a Cyradon Wiki. We have worked with Jan Mueller from the forums in getting this worked out and up and running. The wiki has two main areas, the official content, and it will include a lot of material from the Cyradon book, and the user added material (i.e. what you folks post). And if you have an account on the forums, then you will automatically be able to edit and post to the wiki.

Printer Update
