New release: 15mm rural wooden bridge

A great addition to the growing URBIS and HOPPIDUS ranges: a new modular set of element for your gaming tables that can be used for basically any conflict from biblical time up to the most futuristic settings! Being made of modular components means you can tailor the lenght to your needs, and combine it with other elements of both ranges. As if that wasn’t enough, while this model is specifically designed as a military wooden bridge for 15mm games, and is therefore the exact width to confortably hold a 40mm wide base, it also works perfectly well with larger figures as a smaller construction. This particular set is being released as a standalone bridge for the Urbis architectural range, but the modular components really belong to the Hoppidus range, and will soon be completed by yet more compatible elements, including paved roads of course!
Future plans include a roman military invasion bridge based on this set but with the addition of many new specific parts for it which is already in the making. We are also working on many other compatible elements including paved roads and ancient harbor modules that can be combined with this set, and we may also do expansion packs with stone piers and side rails at some point…

Also added info for the new American Civil War fortifications range to the Hoppidus main page. This will complete the tents and camp accessories that will be released soon as part of the KLEOS range, and include:

  • ACW1 – American Civil War Infantry Fortifications
  • ACW2 – American Civil War Artillery emplacements
  • ACW3 – American Civil War breached fortifications + line ends
  • ACW4 – American Civil War bombproof shelter
