Mithril Lord of the Rings ‘Helm’s Deep’ New Release
Mithril has been working hard to produce the next series of miniatures in our ‘M’ range. The official title is ‘Helm’s Deep – Gamling’s Rally’. There are five rohirrim troops and 5 Isengard Half-orcs locked in mortal combat. This is part one of three major releases that will cover all areas of that epic battle.
Helm’s Deep was the name of a fortress in Rohan that sheltered their people during the Dunlending siege during the time of Helm Hammerhand. Now it sheltered them from the abominations bred in the depths of Isengard by the evil turncoat wizard, Saruman. These half-orcs or Uruk-Hai were crossed with men to create bigger, stronger brutes that had a high resistance to sunlight. Saruman sent his horde to destroy the men of Rohan.
