Threat Record Vol. I, Issue 1 from Keck Publishing

Keck Publishing is proud to announce the upcoming release of Threat Record, a bi-monthly supplement for the 4C role playing system. Each issue will include at least five new NPCs that can be used for, or against, the player characters in any 4C based campaign. Further, each NPC will have his or her own introductory scenario to give the GM, and the players, an idea of what the NPCs are capable of. Each issue will also offer new, optional rules, powers, and equipment that can be used by PCs and NPCs alike.
