Free Form Friday: Saved by the Fat Kid
So…I’m chillen at home, like you do, and I get a call from the Grand Geek saying that his day-job is figuratively exploding and he must save the day. Good Job, Darren…but what about Free Form Friday? Don’t worry, The Kid’s got your back. Let’s Rock.
Darren asked: “Why is it so hard to find good help?”
I feel ya, D. I mean look at this place, You had to call your MOST INCOMPETENT writer to save your tail? It’s like Jar-Jar. Sure, he looked kinda cool, maybe he passed the interview, had an impressive resume, but when the pudu hit the fan….there’s just no New Hope. In a world full of Gungans, you need a Chewie.

Bob H asked: “Do you think Angry Birds should be illegal….just like all other forms of crack?”
Yes…Yes I do. I have spent many many hours of my life trying to destroy those capitalist pigs. Up late nights, taking far more “bathroom breaks” at work than any one man should, lying, cheating, stealing, ANYTHING to get just “one more try” at three stars. I think it was the winning Charlie Sheen that said “Stay away from the Angry Birds; unless you can handle it socially.”
Mr Pibble asked: “Choose Your Doctor!”
Anyone who’s spent more than 10 minutes with me knows that I’m a HUGE fan of Doctor Who. I’ve got a nifty TARDIS usb hub on my computer, no less than THREE Sonic Screwdriver pens, and I whole heartedly agree “Bowties are Cool”
Choose my Doctor, huh? Hmm…Well, like everyone else, I’m a firm believer that David Tennant was the embodiment of The Doctor and completely ruled the screen everytime he was on. It took some time, but I’ve grown fond of Matt Smith and his subtle but present Whoishness, and Christopher Eccelstein started it all for me. So, instead of picking my favorite Doctor’s of the past, I’ll throw down my vote for the future Doctor of my choice. I think it’s high time we had a Black Doctor Who, I vote for the awesomest of all African-English (?) Actors…the good Mr. Chiwetel Ejiofor. Just think about it…it’s great.
That’s it for today’s entry. If you would like your question answered by the Geekcentricity crew, leave it in the comments below and look for it in a future edition of Free Form Friday.
